CashLog — Legal

Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These terms cover how you may use the CashLog app during its beta. They are deliberately short and plain. For how your data is handled, see the separate CashLog Privacy Notice. CashLog is built and operated by Nakul Vagale, as a sole proprietor. By using CashLog, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use CashLog

You must be 18 or older to use CashLog, consistent with the affirmation on the app's consent screen. Beta access is invite-only and non-transferable — each account is manually provisioned for one person. Do not share your sign-in access with anyone else.

2. Permitted use

CashLog is a tool for tracking your own personal or business finances. When you use the optional Google Drive / Sheets sync, you must not use it in any way that violates Google's own terms of service. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its infrastructure.

3. Your data stays yours

Your financial records live on your own device and in your own Google Sheet. Trouper never holds a server-side copy of your financial data. This is both a privacy commitment and a plain fact about how the app is built — we cannot lose, alter, or disclose data we never hold. Keeping your own backups (for example, of your Google Sheet) remains your responsibility.

4. No warranty — provided "as-is"

CashLog is offered during beta on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

CashLog is a tracking tool — it is not financial, accounting, or tax advice, and Trouper is not a financial advisor. You are responsible for checking your own figures before relying on them for tax, accounting, or business decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nakul Vagale is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, CashLog.

5. Account suspension and deletion

Because access is invite-only and manually provisioned, Nakul Vagale, as the sole operator, may suspend or terminate beta access for misuse, at his discretion. You may also request deletion of your account and access at any time by emailing hello@trouper.in; identity data is then deleted within 90 days, as described in the Privacy Notice.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of CashLog after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
